Casual/Fashionwear

For an essential product line like Casual & Fashion wear, Thygesen offers various styles, from the very basic to the most trendy, all up to your requirements. We use natural and eco-friendly materials such as 100% Cotton, Organic Cotton, BCI Cotton, Cotton/Spandex, Tencel and Bamboo Viscose/Spandex, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Kidswear

Thygesen is committed to premium quality and highly functional knitted wear in order to offer the safest and most comfortable children’s clothing. We can provide a variety of specialty fabrics and kids’ clothing types that are OEKO-TEX 100 Class I certified.

Medical Devices

Surrounded by strict product requirements, Thygesen chooses to have our team focus on transparent quality control and develop products that tested and received international standards such as ISO 13485:2016 and CE marking. We are prepared to have our years of experience and technologies dedicated to global medical needs.

Uniform/Workwear

Our functional workwear is made of high-quality fabric with special technologies. For example, MVS CVC can withstand industrial washing or Coolmax/Cooldry to keep the body constantly at operating temperature. The clothing adapts to temperature fluctuations and different weather conditions, absorbing the sweat and reaching the stability of perfect daily workwear.

Underwear

Advanced materials paired with top-tier quality assurance maintain Thygesen’s excellence in the Underwear product line. Our years of experience have given us extensive knowledge of fabrics, techniques and design, allowing us to produce underwear that is breathable, absorbent, antibacterial, quick-drying, odorless and stretch while remaining extraordinarily soft and smooth.

GSV

Participating in the Global Security Verification – a comprehensive supply chain security verification, we ensure appropriate security measures are implemented and maintained throughout the facility. The certificate is published by the US Bureau of Customs and Border Protection and other international mutually recognized supply chain security programs, including CTPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism).

ISO 9001:2015

Achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification means that an organization has demonstrated the following: follows the guidelines of the ISO 9001 standard; fulfills its requirements; meets customer requirements and statutory and regulatory requirements. We are proud to maintain the certification successfully.

ISO 13485-2016

Adapting ISO 13485-2016 provides a practical foundation for manufacturers to address the EU Medical Device Directive (MDD), the EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR), and other regulations and demonstrate a commitment to the safety and quality of medical devices.

SA 8000:2014

With the approach of continuously contributing to improving social living standards, we start from the workplace environment. We get the SA 8000:2014 Standard, the leading social certification standard for factories and organizations across the globe.

WRAP

WRAP is the world’s largest independent certification program focused on the apparel, footwear, and sewn products sectors. Becoming a WRAP-certified facility, we comply with the 12 WRAP Principles, which assure our employees’ safe, legal, and ethical manufacturing processes.

Better Work

Better Work is a comprehensive program bringing together all levels of the garment industry to improve working conditions and respect labor rights for workers. Thygesen has steadily improved compliance with ILO core labor standards and national legislation covering compensation, contracts, occupational safety and health, and working time. We aim to provide a safe work environment and a long-term stable job that our workers and their families can depend on. 

Oeko-Tex Certificate

At Thygesen, we care about ethical and sustainable manufacturing processes. Our textile materials are Oeko-Tex Certificated, which means every component, i.e., every thread, button, and other accessories, has been tested for harmful substances.

CE Marking

The mark indicates that the manufacturer or importer affirms the good’s conformity with European health, safety, and environmental protection standards. As Europe is one of our traditional markets, all our exported products comply with EU laws and standards.
